About Us
Answering to the desires of the Father's heart
John and Libby Moritz founded Hearts of the Father Outreach. It was birthed out of great personal tragedy. That tragedy spurred the Moritzes to deep soul searching, including the question: “God, why are we here?” The answer led them to start this ministry for children.

The home refuge in Old Ningo is the HFO flagship program.
Fostering Programs
The program supports orphans and underprivileged children by placing them in Christian “foster” homes.
Tamil Nadu: HFO-Madurai
HFO helped start a home for 24 refuge for 24 orphans in southern India.
Assisted Works
HFO supports children in Mozambique, Burkina Faso, Israel, and Kenya through other individuals or ministries.
